From what you say in your post, are we to surmise that you are paid by Agora?, and thus know all the inner-workings?

I qualified on my own ratings on two occasions, and both times "fell off the list". The second, more recent time - in conjunction with coordination with Agora regarding your behavior - I questioned the second "fall off". I was advised that once annually, the system performs an automated review of member status and adjusts accordingly. When I advised that my second "fall off" occurred in a matter of some six months, Agora elected to reinstate my Hub Leader status immediately. Thus, I am "appointed".
