Our new CEO Mr. Pohl is supposed to be such a smart lawyer. Then why didn`t he warn B/O and our other legal team that what they where doing with Higgins was against A/C and would cause legal problems.
This still gets me. Here we have Pohl a legal lawyer and two other independant law firms and they all get it wrong about letting Higgins testify because B/O VIOLATED A/C privlages
Now I ask you where all these guys wrong or is Judge Fogel wrong. I think is still not a done deal yet.
