If the OSC found anomalies within the PTSC forum, and I'm not saying they have, would the information be passed on to the relevant US agencies for further investigation?

What if some unconnected entity was aware of the "initiated conversation" strategy and used this to move the price down, selling on the up and buying on the down? Would this be possible?
