You say: "....meanwhile I'll continue to trust that whatever Brian was advocating for as SH rep....". Do you have any idea what that "whatever" was, at all, if anything?

You go on to say: "... it was certainly in all of our best interst!". Without the answer to the above, how do you KNOW this? An NDA should not prevent him from disclosing what he advocated on behalf of shareholders, if anything. The NDA (if there was one) most likely pertained to what the company shared with him, not the other way around. Besides, he was "supposed to be" our voice, yet we continue, after three years (excluding his "time in office"), to have no clue what words were uttered, if any.

Now, do you understand why some of us have a problem with the former PTSC Shareholder's Representative? Not to mention his posting history since leaving that position.
