Sure there is lack of transparency from the BOD, but you guys want them to behave like a company that is on Nasdaq,

Well, if the BOD ever hopes to get on the NASDAQ, they may want to start by behaving/running the company like it already is on the NASDAQ.

Yeah, we all know what we own, but none of us know for sure if the company will ever become truly successful. Some are disgusted because they believe the BOD are decreasing the chances of this company becoming successful/getting to the NASDAQ.
