Hey, I'm not complaining - just explaining.

I agree - nothing else needs to be "said" about the BOD - something needs to be done!

Emtnester's proposal is a step in the right direction. I've contacted the company stating that I want that proposal added to the next proxy. Others should also seek to "take action" ASAP!
