Here I sit on this huge loss---not willing to sell b/c "we may" here something from the USPTO soon and our sp "may go up" when that happens. Why have we not heard something from them???? Does DL have the power to get them to delay the report? Surely the PTO examiners are not THAT back logged. Has anyone who has talked with people at PTO asked them if DL has asked them to delay this case? tia, ads
