-Townsend will not get 40% of licensing fees, unless litigation is required.. hopefully that will only be rarely

-TPL will probably get close to 50%..

And now B&O wants their cut too - perhaps another 40%. Normally contingencies are tied to the patent(s) not to the litigation.

-Forgive me for my technical analysis here but.. that is a load of crap
