Maybe you missed my reply to Banosser yesterday:

My sentence about the "BoD didn't make any mistakes" was referring to the time after Deb2006 bought her shares, which was in October 2009 after the 336 recertification, so what I'm saying is:

IMHO the BoD isn't guilty for the shareprice development since October 2009!

To repeat myself: Of course the BoD made several big mistakes in the last years, but this was not the topic.
