Spoke briefly with him yesterday. I introduced myself as a PTSC shareholder and someone who did not attend the ASHM. I asked him what he expected or would like to see as a reponse from the USPTO. I might add that he is very easy to talk to.

He said that in his recent Transmittal Letter and IDS he put forth all the docs and believes that the USPTO shouldn't even do an office action. Instead, they should dismiss the re-exam completely because there are no SNQs (in his opinion). I suppose that if they don't dismiss then we should hope for another NIRC to end this reexam. That process may still take some time (my thoughts not his).
