Based on historical data of other MMP reex's at the same stage, my GUESSTIMATE of 2 weeks to see some action at the USPTO concerning the '336 is up today.

For the '890, our response to an OA was received exactly on the 2 month limit (Jan 5, 2010) and was never made public(??). An OA is due any day now since it's been just over 2 months since.

For the '749, an OA is due approx. Mar. 19, 2010 which is 2 months from our response dated Jan. 19, 2010.

For the '148, an OA is due Apr. 11, 2010 which is 2 months from our Feb. 11, 2010 response.

Note that the patent owner has specific deadlines to respond while the USPTO has no specific deadlines for OA's at this stage of the game.
