Bid still .145 per ETrade realtime "screamer". Ask is .1468. Delayed quotes (OTCBB.com and Yahoo) still show bid at .14. But, going to OTCBB.com LII, you can see not one trade going for under .145 since 9:58.

I wouldn't sweat it though, as long as you're keeping an eye on things. Be patient, and the bid (maybe even the Ask) may just come to you, and you'll fill.
