Oh, how I missed the BoD bashing...

Please tell me, what ANYONE on this earth could do in the current situation? What kind of possibilities would even "heroes" like Buffet, Jobs or Gates have if the main source of revenue is in the hands of a governmental organization?
And more: if this organization is allegedly not free in its decisions, but under huge pressure from the big money's lobbyists to minimize the possible success of inventors, provided those come from small companies and are not employees of the big developing departments of Intel, IBM, Microsoft, Apple, Cisco et al?

It's not that I'm happy with the current silence, but I recognize the reasons behind and I can't see any failure caused by PTSC or TPL.
Instead of crying on a messaging board you should write letters to those who are responsible for this situation - this would really be something.
