My only question now is why wasn't that argument presented BEFORE the decision to institute a new reexam took place...If Henneman is right...where was that sentence in the review for the request for a new reexam.... IMHO...either someone blew it back then...or it will mean little to the examiner now since he decided to start the reexam process.
