Had heard long ago that a way to prevent shorters from using your borrowed shares is to have a sell order placed for your shares, even if the amount was placed extremely high. Is that true and would that have any effect on those people who can buy short. I know the average person can`t sell short, stocks under $4. Thanks, Joe
