It would seem to me that both DB and Patriot prefer the court continues a stay until there is result of FINRA arbitration. And that seems logical, as that minimizes court costs if arbitration settles the matter with the DB related entities.
Would not the continued rescheduling of the FINRA arbitration indicate that progress is being made in negotiations with those DB related entities? Why else would Patriot agree to yet another postponement of the FINRA arbitration? Patriot has no choice in the matter? That is a serious question for anyone that really knows how these arbitrations work.
