Well you do have that IF in there. But DB is going to be stuck with all this ARS paper, if the market does not normalize. Wouldn't normalization also make it easier for DB to settle these claims?

You seem to think that PTSC's agreeing to another stay is meaningless. Well, that just doesn't sound very logical to me. Perhaps beyond me, as you say.
