I think we will be successful in the reexam on the prior art claims..or claims of obviousness when different claims combinations than were used before are reviewed...but if they were dealt with before. a new reexam would not have been issued...IMHO.
I've been through this before a few times and, although I didn't expect another reexam, my experience with these examiners has been once they start a reexam they go through all the tedious steps...even those previously taken to some extent.
