Typically the litigation search means the examiner is ready post an office action. Does anyone else find it odd that the litigation search comes only 6 days after the notation "Date Forwarded to Examiner"?

What appears typical is a span of 5 months between "Date Forwarded to Examiner" and the office action.

????????

Since the timing does not appear typical, I take it as a positive. Anyone else have thoughts on this timing?
