I take this as positive development as well.
Remember that during the shareholders meeting, Leckrone stated that all the prior art that prompted this new reexamination was reviewed in the prior reexamination which just recertified the patent. If that statement was correct, then this reexam was only issued because the paperwork for the recertification was not finalized. Now that everything is documented in the recertification, the '336 patent should be recertified a second time.
