I think most people would agree that Wall St. is full of rats and that manipulation occurs regularly, but in PTSC`s case this week, Do you see buyers beating down the door to become shareholders? I don`t think we`ve had a sale in the last 40 min. Some $350k has changed hands today..not very much. My opinion is that there is a lack of clear, detailed mainstream PR and without it we will not have volume of buyers willing to push the ask. Joe
