Expiration of 2016 is based on the chart on TPL site. Where the blue bar ends. It is my understanding that we are taking priority from the point at which that blue bar starts. If we took priority from a later date, prior art would likely kill it. I think. Corrections welcomed.

Yes application 11/881283 received a final rejection Nov 24th, but that is perhaps meaningless. We were told at the ASM that final is not final. And application 09/051263 received a final rejection on July 21st. It is currently proceeding.
