So the whole "Barco's attorneys are now our attorneys" thing was based on the original poster making an innocent mistake. Fair enough, although it seems that original poster owes this board a sincere apology IMO.

But the person owed an apology, IMO, from nearly everyone on this board, is Opty. He pointed out the concern and wound up taking a ton of heat for it. He was apparently correct, even though he is not a lawyer capable of reading and researching such things.

Though I didn't give Opty any heat for his observation and questions, I did participate in carrying on a discussion based on nothing - which must have caused him a certain level of frustration. For this I apologize. And I hope he is forgiving, because (as others have pointed out) he provides some great DD for the benefit of us all.
