has been bugging me so I checked the IFW of '148, '336, '749 and found that this has never occurred before. After every EFS Aknowledgement Receipt was posted, the documents were posted immediately after, except the Jan. 5, 2010 EFS AR of our response to the OA of the '890 ("High Performance Low Cost Microprocessor") reex.

I called the USPTO and they told me that the examination team has yet to release the response for public viewing. When I asked why, the reply was "That's just the way it is."

I thought I'd share this with the board to see if anyone cared to speculate as to why this particular patent's reex response, at this point in time, would be kept from public view.

Does this fit in to what's happening with Barco, etc?
