The substitution of counsel order was dated Feb 12th. The settlement necessarily predated that. Today is the 26th. Don't you find it odd that it would take this long to tell the court what the settlement is, if it is as simple as you describe above? You might be right, but the lengthy delay in releasing the settlement seems to indicate something different than what you suggest. IMHO
