I guess it's just the way I read the messages otherwise I wouldn't have asked the question. So they were one day early from the deadline. So they waited 59 days. Now I have to ask why? Too busy? Not in their favor? Part of a legal strategy? Lawyers like to drag things out sometimes? It's just part of the process? Waiting for Barco?
