Thanks for being such a diligent researcher! And thanks for sharing!! From this last post and the info you uncovered I am wondering if 1) the 60 days pasted on 2-23 or 2) TPL/or owner(s) responded before the 60 days?

And why wouldn't the patent owner(s) respond before 60 days in order to speed things up? Did our legal team respond before the 60 days. I seem to recall one time when TPL waited until the last day to respond. At the time I viewed it as some sort of strategy during some legal proceedings. But if the news was good why would they wait? When did this item have the 60 days clock start ticking? I guess Opty would know. It is curious that they moved the item from 414 to 424 on the day you called. I would think it is more of a coincidence. However many things seem to be converging at this time so you might just have been psychically in tune with the energies revolving around the MMP. As a matter of fact, I'm surprised CM didn't settle in Sedona-home to many energy vortices/vortexes.

So bottom line, if it is favorable to TPL I can see them acting before the 60 days. If not then TPL would wait. Could it have something to do with Barco as well? The interesting thing to me is that during this time frame with Barco and the USPTO activity the stock has been rising slowly but surely. And there was way more than average volume on Monday. I would be a little bit more comfortable if the bashers were bashing and the price was rising. But the bashers seem to have subsided lately. Also I see that .16 a few weeks back was a gap down from a higher price. I am wondering if we will gap above the .16 tomorrow or sometime soon. If we do, that would create an island bottom formation which is a good thing if you are a real long. Intere$ting time$ for $ure I hope!
