Exactly what is it within the firm of Farella Braun & Martel that makes the firm so desireable?
I would assume that John L. Cooper would be the lead counsel. His credentials are impeccable. See link.

But which of all those qualifiacations makes the firm selection a no brainer?????? I suggest that it might well be this part.
<On appeal, he won the argument against the former Solicitor General Robert Bork.>
We might be positioning for an appeal, should one be required. Given what happend on the last appeal, it might not be such a bad idea to think in those terms and have the counsel that can best represent us should we find ourselves needing to appeal a decision. Could be a PTO ruling or perhaps undoing the last appeal on the 584, or maybe appeal of a decision over in Germany, or something else. What do others think?
