I put it out there as a possible reason why TPL might have been looking for subsitute representation. I have no idea whether it holds any water. But I do know that Moore and TPL have made moves to minimize antagonizing each other. Would Moore be happy with counsel defending TPL against him also representing him against infringers? I'm guessing he would prefer a different situation. But just my opinion which is little more than guessing. Never made it to be more than that.
