IMO, it's like I've suggested previously. That request for change in counsel is posturing in anticipation of delivery of Barco settlement documents to the court. Fogel sees the settlement, then signs off on the request, and the ball can immediately start rolling with our new counsel. The alternative would be to hold that counsel change request until after settlement docs are delivered, then submit the request, and then have to wait some unknown period of time for the request to get Fogel's attention and approval.
