First, thanks Wolf for sharing this.

So the Motion was more a formality to get the '584 "officially" off the table. At least this approved motion. Note that there remain 3 patents in contention with Barco (though I thought it was only two); the '336, '749 and '890. Also, I think I owe someone an apology, but just spent 10 minutes looking for the post in question - but someone suggested that this Motion to Dismiss had only to do with the '584, and they were exactly correct (and I suggested that removing just one item of contention probably wouldn't be handled that way - WRONG!).

So now, I suspect this means that we're still awaiting Fogel's response for the petition for change of counsel? Or is that a done deal? Help!!
