Like my brother says, "what you don't understand".....PTSC can only purchase, I believe 25% of the volume on any given day. Say the average volume is around 300k and I think that is being generous.....it would take 88.88 trading days buying at .15 to purchase 6,666,666 shares. Ain't gonna happen. Period. You wanna keep it at .15 until the end of June?
