Funny thing is, I haven't seen any "hype" on CDX beyond what YOU posted! You acknowledged that there may be potential, and I haven't seen a post that went beyond that level of enthusiasm/optimism. However, in your same post, you suggest that CDX is doomed to failure. Conflicted?
As for CDX and the NJ "trials" (and I refer to it this way for a reason), this IMO is an effective marketing tool if successful. Even if we contribute to the cost, what would be the equivalent marketing cost to get such exposure? And how valuable is a viable, realistic third party trial of the platform? You can test the heck out of a product such as this in-house, but the results will always be considered YOUR results in a simulated environment. But get a real validation by real users in the intended actual environment and the results should be noticed, and could lead to more wide-spread adoption. Now, is this "hype", or fact?
