We also believe it is incumbent upon us as a U.S. company to co-invest in the process
and make this as cost-affordable as possible for law enforcement agencies that would benefit from N-DEx connectivity, but are challenged by limited budgets
Paraphrased as: Unlike other providers, we will not charge excessively for a tried and tested product given current budget constraints. However, once fully satisfied with the software, the purchase of the premium CDX4 product will be obvious on both further cost saving benefits and the ease of interoperability.
The last thing I want is a sale of PDSG when CDX4 is currently undergoing a comprehensive review/test with the results being made available to bodies which can make recommendations as to its suitability.
As far as I am aware, the only credibility issues have nothing to do with the products but only forward revenue projections which appear to have been based on incorrect information.
One important factor, to which scant consideration has been given in the conclusion submitted, is the testing of the software that will be conducted by any interested company. If it is as good as claimed, a sale for up to $16 million, makes absolutely no sense at all, in my very humble opinion. Partnering, with a 50/50 split of revenues would be the most logical, and consequently most beneficial to shareholders.
