Great find beantown!! I googled the case number and found this link: http://www.cand.uscourts.gov/CAND/Calendar.nsf/4d73dc0647b9a50c88256df100610c5f/2c9eb50eea8e3c65882566a30060ea5e?OpenDocument

You can see that this link had court dates for 2-17-10. So your find indicates that the date was moved up! Maybe so Barco could be working for PTSC sooner?

Also if you refer back to wolfpack's post TPL or (?) had to file something with the PTO on 2-11-10. That was yesterday. So did they file it and was that somehow linked to this event?
