In your opinion, how likely is it for a company like Barco to have patent infringement liability insurance? I ask you because of your experience in dealing with large companies. The reason why is because Barco did not have a very good year in 2009 and their cash position certainly could not take much of a hit. All this, obviously, impacts settlement dollars but at the same time impacts decisions to go all the way and lose. good luck
