1st Barco is a user and producer/supplier of MP.....

Question ... I wonder do they have an Indemnity clause(like ARM)???

......

Why would clear them of the 584 patent if we have settelemnt????

....

Barco was the only company that did not want the stay wanted to go right to court.... but why if California has a tendenacy to let the PTO resolve first...????
