Well, obviously, (thankfully) it didn't put an end to licensing manufacturers all together.. but who knows, perhaps without that SC ruling we have 70 licenses in the same time period.. or 27 at higher prices..

Regardless... At the time the SC was reviewing Quanta.. there was a distinct possibility their ruling could have hurt TPL/PTSC in licensing the MMP.
