Sedley's interesting observation aside about the new firm representing both sides, the previous lawyers weren't cheap; a glance at their website will show them to be heavy hitters, so whatever the reason, I doubt that saving money was it. Maybe, as a "Global 100" law firm, the opposite was the case?
