Good question. But on this particular occasion, it has been a little different, IMO. The PPS actually went up over 10%, as opposed to trading at same PPS on high volume and then retreating. Net, we're still up from where we were.

While IMO PTSC trading isn't usually very influenced by the overall market, take note of what's happenned to the DOW and NAS the last couple of days. Scary stuff for the average investor. I could see how many would stay on the sidelines right now.
