Interesting. Your PR link provided omitted the part "About the MMP Portfollio" where it states the MMP patents were filed by the TPL Group in the 1980's. See Milestone's link below:

I guess they made the correction as the license is for the "Fast Logic" portfollio and not the MMP? Still does not explain TPL filing reference in the 1980's?
