IMO it was not what was said/written, it was the tone. And if someone is so negative about the stock why hold it? If someone hires managers to manage their apt. building and they don't like the job the managers are doing, I don't think complaining (or haranging) at the tenants is going to change the managers or make the managers leave. IMO, if someone really wants to create a better situation one has to figure out a better way. And one needs to do it in a civil manor.
