I think the umbrella theory was just a way to create revenue so they could keep their jobs. When we were at $2.00 per share and everything looked like the money would keep coming in they were looking for a way to help themselves keep their jobs past 2018. Then the J3 settlement put a wrench in everything. Something happened during discovery phase that they were not prepared for. I believe it was chip families vs individual chips. i think we got out maneuvered by the J's lawyers. Why else would we spend all that time, energy, and 13 million for MMR, MRRR, MR CO COO Cook ( the other lawyer in "My Cousin Vinny)and end up with the results we got. Is this company jinxed or what?
