DO NOT Believe everything you read on the forums.

That's for sure... Like you stating that Brian stumped for the umbrella statagy... He steadfastly was against spending any MMP monies.. that included the umbrella startegy, divys, as well as share buy back when it was implemented after the price was already up.. He wanted PTSC to hold on to AS MUCH MMP cash as possible... Because he KNEW the cost of litigation and unknowns (re PTO) was going to be very high and NOTHING was certain.. He also had a strong feeling the umbrella startegy was tenuous at best.. but once he realized it was going forward he called for Pohl to enlist the help of outside assistance.. and was grateful when they eventually did that via RG.. well, even that failed...

So in the future, try to get it right when insinuating what certain members of the forum beliefs were...
