Milestone, burning the midnight oil in support of the bod. LOL, that is mighty nice of you. Keep up the great cutting and pasting milestone. Sometimes, it is difficult to tell what is a cut and paste and your opinion. But you knew that, right?
(Copy and Paste - hope this helps)
The following is my opinion:
Let's take a look at that proposed shareholder proxy proposal by using an analogy.
After spending many months in jail, a convicted felon has persuaded some fellow inmates that it must be wrong for a judge to determine the length of sentence and it should instead be decided by those serving time at the jail.
The judge rejects the proposal on the grounds of legislation.
This is not the response required so an Appeal is made to the Supreme Court, explaining how the law must be changed in order to let inmates of a jail decide what the sentence should be. For some strange reason, and possibly defying logic and common sense, the Supreme Court sides with the judge.
Upon receipt of the decision the felon complains to the Supreme Court that the system is unfair and if only they had been given more time they could provide examples of felons determining sentence length, in support of their claim. Nothing more is heard from the Supreme Court. Coincidentally, the judge hears nothing further either.
A commentary on the iniqity of the system is subsequently provided for general reading and after reading it, there were those who sympathized, those who smiled, and those who are still laughing.
It is my opinion that those who sympathized with the proposal to let inmates determine sentence length were in a very small minority.
.
I have an opinion about the effect that the prolonged and ongoing attacks on the character, ability, and integrity of Board members has probably had and the consequent mental anguish suffered by each, but this is not the forum to discuss it.

Be well
