Just offer the board or individual board members a buyout of their position

If you want to get new blood on the board it sounds like we would have to pay. Why pay legal fees to an attorney and fight? It might be easier and less contenscious to just buy out those that we want out. It would cost money either way. Just an idea based on experience.
