"A complete list of stockholders is present. 410 million shares. 334 million shares present or 80% of the shares of the company present at meeting."
Does this mean that they have a list of stockholders who own the 410 million shares and that list was available at the meeting with 334 million shares present (accounted for by proxy or in person)? Which would indicate that the people in the room did not necessarily represent the 80% of the shares present at the meeting.
Would someone clarify for me....please
Thanks, Laurie
