Use the analogy of a tour bus. The bus can have the nicest seats and have the promise of taking you to the nicest places. However, the only sign-off that passengers need to agree to, is that the driver is blind and has never actually driven a bus before.
Who would agree to get on?
Are people more or less careful about their money? What about investing other people's money - institutional investors?
This BOD needs to demonstrate that they have corporate leadership if this corporation is going to flourish.
Sorry to beat the dead horse, but the read outs from the SHM seem to imply that this issue is not looking any better.
