DL talked about it at the last meeting and the one before that. He is really concerned that it could impair the strength ( legally and financially) of the MMP. He states it's about the MMP and tries to rally the shareholders to write congress or whomever and say they support his ideas. Of course his whole TPL group is about patents, many more than the MMP. If PTSC shareholders support the DL agenda for the MMP they are also helping DL and all his other patents TPL is licensing and fighting for. That's my percpective FWIW. I wonder if he speaks at other meetings about the same issue and to get more support. I believe the issue is also on the TPL website.
