With licenses stalled and PDSG not going anywhere, I wonder why there should be a big rush to find a new CEO? IMO PTSC dosn't need another cash drain with a CEO that will probably just sit around and wait for the USPTO acttions. We also assume that a quality CEO would want this position which may be a no win proposition with the patents under TPL's control and tied up by the USPTO. Most of the aquisitions appear to be failures and worth very little. Perhaps it would be best to take the time to get the patents revalidated and wait for TPL to start licensing several companies before PTSC should select a new CEO. I just don't see where there is enough for a CEO to do at PTSC right now except collect a pay check.
